Fast-Lane wordt beleid: eindelijk erkenning voor industriële woningbouw mét EKV’s

Fast-lane experimenten versnellen woningbouw
RowIQ zet in op versnelde vergunningverlening voor industriële woningbouw met erkende kwaliteitsverklaringen (EKV’s). Deze aanpak vermindert administratieve lasten, verhoogt de voorspelbaarheid en sluit aan op landelijke ambities voor meer en sneller bouwen. Door samen te werken met gemeenten en kwaliteitsborgers testen we in de praktijk hoe deze ‘fast-lane’ werkt – en hoe het beter kan. Het doel: een structurele, schaalbare oplossing binnen de Wet kwaliteitsborging.
