Nieuwe BRL 9500 en NTA8800 bekrachtigd in staatscourant
Middels publicatie in de staatscourant op 5 november 2020 is het definitief dat de nieuwe methode voor de energielabeling per 1 januari 2021 ingaat. Geen vereenvoudigd label maar wel een gedegen berekening, controle en inmeting op locatie van het bouwwerk/gebouw.
Na diverse berichten in de diverse media is het afgelopen vrijdag dan eindenlijk zo ver gekomen: Publicatie van de nieuwe BRL 9500 gebaseerd op de NTA8800. Door de aanpassing van de Regeling Energieprestatie Gebouwen (verder REG), Regeling vermindering verhuurderheffing 2014 (verder RVV 2014), Regeling energieprestatievergoeding huur (verder REH) en de Regeling Omgevingsrecht (verder MOR) wordt de EPC (energieprestatie coëfficiënt) vervangen door de BENG.

Verder is de klasse indeling voor de utiliteit aangegeven hoeveel kWh bij welke gebruiksfunctie welke labelletter heeft.
Regeling energieprestatievergoeding huur: maximale energieprestatievergoeding
Voor de maximale energieprestatievergoeding bij een woonruimte met een aansluiting op het gasnet en de maximale energieprestatievergoeding bij een woonruimte die is aangesloten op een warmtenet en waarbij de warmte niet volledig duurzaam is of niet volledig op de woning wordt opgewekt, zijn heldere tabellen opgenomen in de bijlage III
