Indieningsvereisten en proefprojecten WKB
Hoe verloopt een proefproject in het kader van de Wet kwaliteitsborging voor het bouwen?
Wat is de rol van de opdrachtgever?
Wat wordt verwacht van de aannemer / bouwer?
Hoe gaat de gemeente / bevoegd gezag om met de nieuwe spelers?
In het vernieuwde document 20200319 Indieningsvereisten en werkwijze proefprojecten zijn de spelregels uiteengezet voor alle deelnemers.
De afspraken / memo’s zijn gebaseerd op de stand van zaken op dit moment (maart 2020). In de komende periode wordt door de gezamenlijke partijen doorgewerkt aan de verder invulling van wet- en regelgeving, de regiegroep (en de daaronder vallend begeleidingsgroep) en de toelatingsorganisatie.
Voor proefprojecten moet vergunning worden verleend onder de Wabo . De wijze waarop dit kan is terug te lezen in het memo 20200319 Indieningsvereisten en werkwijze proefprojecten.Wij hebben de wijzigingen voor u aangegeven met gele arcering en een rode pijl.
