Wettelijk stelsel certificering werkzaamheden aan gasverbrandingsinstallaties (CO-stelsel, gasketelwet) tot 1 januari 2023
Minister Ollongren heeft de Tweede Kamer per brief geïnformeerd over de 9 maanden uitstel van de ingang van de gasketelwet.
Reden: “het opstellen en aanwijzen van certificatieschema’s meer tijd vergt dan bij de inwerkingtreding van het stelsel was voorzien” Het betreft de regelingen BRL 6000-25, K25000 en NHK regeling. Deze zijn nog niet akkoord bevonden door de Raad voor Accreditatie (RvA) dan wel de Toelatingsorganisatie Kwaliteitsborging voor de Bouw (TloKB).
Het voorstel van de minister wordt binnenkort vastgesteld in de staatcourant, zodat de inwerkingtreding van de “Gasketelwet” in gaat op 1 januari 2023.
Dit geeft de installatiebedrijven meer tijd en ruimte om hun eigen certificatietraject op een juiste manier in te richten.
Hiervoor heeft ROWIQ mooie diensten ontwikkeld om de installatiebedrijven bij te staan om te komen tot certificatie van de BRL 6000-25. Er zijn diverse mogelijkheden. Zelf een handboek komen en implementeren in de organisatie, een handboek kopen met twee bezoeken ter ondersteuning van de implementatie of een keuze uit een zelf samen te stellen aantal onderdelen, de menukaart voor kwaliteit.
